A modern interpretation of typical southern Sicilian flavours combined to create a tasty pasta dish.
Ingredients
Organic pasta, pistachios, mint.
Sauce - Tuna fish, olive oil, sea salt.
Serves 4 people
Method
Ingredients in the bag: canned Alalunga fish from Sicily, dried ciliegino tomatoes, organic Spaghetti made of Ancient Sicilian Wheats, dried mint leaves (cool drying process), ground pistachios.
To complete the recipe, you will also need: salt, olive oil.
The recipe
- Pour some oil and the tomatoes in a wide pan at very low heat, chop and add the Alalunga while slowly mixing the whole thing with some of the water you will use for the pasta.
- Start cooking the pasta in some salted boiling water and drain the spaghetti a couple minutes before they are ready, pour them over the sauce you prepared and be sure to keep it wet and juicy while you stir-fry until it is creamy enough.
- Add some of the mint and the ground pistachio to complete the recipe.
